TOURNAMENT BUY-IN/ENTRY FEE
PURCHASE POLICY
Players who wish to prepay the entry fee and buy in for a designated major tournament buy-in/entry fee have two options to do so. Players may either:
- Pre-pay at the Main Cage Window #8 starting 30 days prior to the actual event date. Players must pay cash or use their credit card to make this purchase. A tournament slip will be issued as receipt of payment. This receipt must be brought to the registration desk on the day of the event as proof of purchase. This option will cease 3 hours prior to the official start of the event (defined as the time posted in the most recent advertising in distribution or on the website).
OR
- Register on-line at www.thebicyclecasino.com by selecting the tournament they want to enter and using a valid, accepted credit card to purchase the desired event. (We accept Visa & Master Card) On-line registration for any designated event will close 72 hours prior to the date of the event. A confirmation number will be issued as receipt of payment (verification) after the transaction has been authorized. This confirmation number must be brought to the registration desk on the day of the event as proof of purchase.
Players will still have the option of registering and paying for an event at the beginning of the event as they have done in the past.
Partial or split payments are not allowed; all tournaments will be billed for the full designated buy-in plus the entry fee as indicated on the most current advertising in distribution or on the website. Rebuys, satellites and add-ons cannot be purchased in advance or by credit card. In addition, a handling fee of 3-5% of the total amount of the buy-in and entry fee will be added to all online credit card purchases based on the following:
$1.00-$340.00 = 5%
$340.00 - up = 3%
All pre-paid entries, whether by cash or credit, must bring their receipt (tournament slip or confirmation number) to the 'Express Registration Check-in' desk on the night of the event. This desk opens approximately two hours before the event start time and closes 30 minutes after the official start of the event.
At the ERC (Express Registration Check-in) players will be asked to present valid identification. Players who pre-registered at the Main Cage will be asked to present their authorized tournament slip and will be given a seat assignment card at that time. Players who registered on-line will be asked to present the credit card used to purchase the event in addition to the confirmation number (authorization code). A representative at registration desk will obtain an imprint of the original credit card along with an authorized signature and then a seat assignment card will be issued.
There are no exceptions to this procedure. Lost pre-paid tournament slips will be replaced at the Main Cage Window #8 with proper identification. For online purchases, failure to present the original credit card may result in an incomplete transaction and cause the purchase to be voided or an authorization form will be required at check-in.
All prepaid registrations are subject to cancellation and refund at the discretion of the Bicycle Casino Management under the terms described in this policy or in the event of the cancellation of any tournament for any reason.
REFUND POLICY
Any tournament registration (buy-in plus entry fee) purchased in advance by credit card through the website or by cash or credit card at Main Cage Window #8 may be refundable based on the terms described below.
The original purchaser must make all requests for refunds of registrations paid by cash or credit card at the Main Cage by contacting a designated tournament representative. Identification and proof of purchase (tournament registration slip) will be required at the time the refund request is made. A Bicycle Casino Cage Representative will refund any prepaid monies once a tournament representative brings the transaction to the cage with the appropriate approval. The BC Cage will then mark the outstanding tournament registration slip 'void.' All cash prepaid registration refund requests must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the official start of the tournament purchased. The appropriate Bicycle Casino Representatives must verify all refunds. For refunds of on-line tournament registration purchases, the original purchaser must request a refund via the website, where specific instructions and this refund policy will be posted. Identification/Account number and proof of purchase (authorization code) will be required at the time any refund request is made. All online refund requests must be made 72 hours (3 days) prior to the official start of the tournament purchased. A $15.00 handling fee will be charged for any cancellation or exchange and will be billed to the credit card used to purchase the tournament. Approved refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the tournament within 30 days from date the refund was requested or the date of cancellation.
Partial refunds or payments on other events will not be allowed. All refunds requested after the refund deadlines described above may not be granted and monies not returned. All prepaid tournament registrations that are not claimed by the official start of the tournament and have not been refunded as described above will be considered as a 'paid seat.' If the purchaser has not appeared, the paid seat will be anted/blinded off once tournament registration closes.
Prepaid registrations will not be refunded, under any circumstance, if the player has looked at or played a hand in the tournament for any reason or is ejected or disqualified from the tournament for any reason.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
All requests to negate or reverse charges will be investigated. If it is determined that you made a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services as well as local law enforcement. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

The Bicycle Casino reserves the right to modify this Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
